Blair Middlemiss– Principal Physiotherapist

Blair is a highly experienced physiotherapist with a strong background in sports and musculoskeletal rehabilitation. He graduated from Auckland University of Technology in 2004 with a Bachelor of Health Science (Physiotherapy) and began his career working in private practice clinics across New Zealand. In 2010, he relocated to Hervey Bay, where he continues to deliver high-quality physiotherapy care to a wide range of clients.


Throughout his career, Blair has developed a passion for sports physiotherapy and has worked extensively with both elite and amateur athletes. He has served as the team physiotherapist for numerous sporting teams, including the Thames Valley Rugby team in New Zealand’s provincial rugby championship, as well as various soccer and rugby 7’s teams. More recently, he has been a key member of the medical team supporting Touch Football Queensland and Touch Football Australia at national and international level competitions.


Blair is also a current serving member of the Australian Defence Force (Army Reserve), bringing a disciplined and well-rounded approach to physical health, injury prevention, and rehabilitation.
